What you'll do...
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Corporate Headquarters and are looking for an experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to oversee current and future cabling infrastructure projects in the Northwest Arkansas area.
- Managing Cable Technicians & Contractors:
- Determining which cabling and telecommunications services to outsource
- Requesting bids, reviewing proposals, negotiating contracts, and establishing service-level standards
- Monitoring team and vendor performance through scorecards and meetings
- Project Management:
- Overseeing large, complex cabling and telecommunications infrastructure projects
- Creating scope of work documents and work breakdown structures
- Setting project milestones, daily work schedules, and resource optimization plans
- Leading planning meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing contingency plans.

- Communications & Reporting:
- Developing documentation (e.g., documents of understanding) to keep management informed
- Disseminating and tracking implementation goals
- Completing project closure documentation and final reporting
- Technical & Service Oversight:
- Evaluating current and future cable/telecommunication projects
- Assessing building needs and implementing upgrades (e.g., new furniture/layout remodels, Wireless Connectivity, Overhead music, WM TV/ IPTV)
- Standardizing equipment, authorizing purchases for repairs, and ensuring quality/safety compliance.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Preparing and executing budgets with cost estimates and purchase approvals
- Verifying receipts and acceptance of purchased materials
- Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Coordinating and overseeing job-related activities, building stakeholder relationships, and aligning with customer/business needs
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing a team of cable technicians while promoting diversity
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
