Position Summary...
This individual will lead the standardization and integration of bonus programs and the administration of the Making the Difference (MTD) program. They will manage the bonus administration team and be accountable for bonus plans, accruals, reporting, eligibility, trackers, and payouts.
Additionally, they will drive technological advancements in bonus and MTD administration, enhancing leader experiences. Benchmarking against labor segments and competitors will ensure market competitiveness and relevance. They will ensure all programs align with the company’s operating model and are applicable across multiple markets.

What you'll do...
- Oversee the standardization and integration of total rewards programs.
- Lead global Base Pay, Incentives, and other rewards processes and strategies.
- Manage rewards solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Execute and improve Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs to provide overall direction.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
- Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics, supporting company standards.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
