As the Manager - Money Services Business Management, you will be responsible for supporting key Money Services business(es) in our Financial Services organization, orchestrating key initiatives, achieving business P&L results, and driving innovation. You will project manage important craft financial services business strategies, develop customer value propositions, partner with key internal and external stakeholders, execute on important cross-functional initiatives across the portfolio. You will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world. You will leverage e xperience with Money Services businesses & key initiative leadership for businesses such as Money Transfers, Bill Payment, Check Cashing, Money Orders, Deposits & Withdrawals, ATMs, and Tax Preparation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services (e.g., bill payment, money transfers, money orders, check cashing, tax preparation, deposits & withdrawals), product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.
  • 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Other:

  • Business management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services
  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
