Position Summary
Bradshaw Home is seeking a Replenishment and Sales Analytics Manager to join our Walmart/Sam's Club team. This critical role will lead replenishment efforts and sales analytics to support our strategic goals. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales/Operations for the Walmart team, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for replenishment strategies and analytics, ensuring seamless collaboration between Bradshaw Home and Walmart/Sam's Club.
Major Responsibilities
- Walmart/Sam's Club order fulfillment lead for all fulfillment types including Domestic, Direct import, 1P, 3P and other alternative distribution methods.
- Customer Replenishment point of contact and responsible for customer needs/communication. Set replenishment strategy to be executed for both Bradshaw Home and Walmart/Sam's Club.
- Manage all product transitions and new/deleted item life cycles for Branded, PL and promotional product.
- Forecasting support working with sales team to anticipate key needs to help drive industry leading forecast accuracy; focus on trends, product launches, modular changes, seasonal impacts and promotional volume.
- Proactive E&O project lead responsible for limiting E&O inventory while maximizing sales; clear communication needed for key project milestones/timelines.
- Strong understanding of Replenishment data and ability to successfully communicate to internal and external stakeholders to maximize replenishment metrics while driving efficient Bradshaw Home supply chain.
- Proactively leverage available tools (WM Luminate, NOVA, Supplier One, IRI, BI, Demand Works, etc) to create actionable insights for driving business results/best in class practices to support Sales Team.
- Create comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards that can help support local Walmart/Sam's Club Sales team; responsible for creating and maintaining company attribution and weekly reporting.
- Deeper level analytics using available tools to help optimize performance with customer; focusing on National, Regional, promotional, new item launches, pricing, modular impacts and other key sales drivers.
- Ability to work extremely well across functions (Operations, Demand Planning, Product, Sales and Channel Marketing) and successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus.
- Analyze, and track market share and sell-thru performance of products and company. Modular impact reporting as well as promotional sell-thru reporting.
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
- Partnership enabling role: Bring together the systems and resource capabilities of both Walmart and Bradshaw to ensure that the goals of both organizations are achieved.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Develop and maintain competitive market analysis (both retailer and supplier) focusing on trends, performance, and impacts to category/business. Use insights to create actionable next steps due to competitive market changes.
- Proactive engagement on business vs. reactive; looking for actionable items to help drive long-term growth.
Candidate Key Selection Criteria
- Experience: The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with previous experience in a Replenishment Manager/Sales Analytics role for consumer products company, with a proven record of creating and maintaining key relationships with customer while supporting with best-in-class analytics to drive business growth.
- Education/Credentials: An undergraduate degree at a minimum (in business or similar major) is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills to measure sales, build databases, replenishment product flow.
- Process and People Management: Has demonstrated an ability to collaborate with a focus on completing quality work and effectively meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority activities, together with the ability to provide effective solutions.
- Prioritization: Able to prioritize, multitask and adapt effectively in accordance with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Problem Solving/Analysis, Curious Critical Thinker: Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
