Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Partner with business, analytics and research teams to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points of members.
- Define our new member onboarding strategy & roadmap to drive meaningful movement on KPIs such as benefit utilization & trial-to-paid conversion, maintaining a test and learn mindset.
- Own location-based push notifications to drive benefits utilization in a timely, relevant manner.
- Support new benefit launches, member-exclusive events, and product enhancements with curated marketing strategies.
- Partner with our business, product partners, and the site ops team to evolve our marketing & personalization strategy across the site.
- Launch new & optimize existing triggered CRM programs based on member behavior & benefit usage.
- Stay close to industry/competitive trends & program learnings to continuously propose new channels, programs, segmentation, offers, etc. - ruthlessly prioritizing highest impact opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to gain the support, data, and capabilities needed to execute against roadmap.
- Oversee the creative & communications planning process, using a data & consumer insight-driven approach to develop, optimize, & scale hard-working creative.
- Clearly communicate performance narrative to leadership including what's working, not working, & future areas for growth.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. OR 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years performance marketing experience, with a retention/CRM focus
- Prior experience managing & optimizing direct response marketing through owned channels (email, push notifications, site marketing, direct mail)
- Highly analytical, with ability to translate data & insights into action
- Strong passion for the customer
- Highly collaborative with ability to build relationships & influence cross-functionally
- Ability to remain agile, move quickly, and pivot as business priorities shift
- Preference for a fast-pace, entrepreneurial environment
- Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product & analytics teams
- Ability to think strategically, while staying on top of day-to-day tactical execution with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with peers & leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
