About the position: Senior Manager People Partner - Walmart US Omni & Platforms Technology

This is a Strategic Individual Contributor Role. The role of this People Partner will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong understanding of HR practices and ability to drive consistent execution.
• Global HR experience in a Tech and highly matrixed environment.
• Workforce re-deployment experience based on changing needs of the business.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business.
• Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize headcount and attract top talent.
• Knowledge and experience in software or hardware engineering, network engineering, systems infrastructure, information systems, technical program management, product management, or data science, or data engineering organizations - Sound judgment and experience in coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.
