Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC/R maintenance for 38 facilities
- Leads 3 FS. Manager roles encompassing General Maintenance and HVAC/R
- Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs
- 60% Travel - Mostly just within the region and maybe some to Home Office
- Oversee budget
- Manage and evaluate workflow
- Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
- Works directly with different vendors and contractors
- Must be available for EOC and emergency response work

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
