Position Overview
Join Walmart's Technology Finance team as a Senior Manager supporting the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) organization. In this strategic role, you'll serve as the financial partner to multiple Vice Presidents within EBS, helping drive technology solutions that impact every Walmart associate and customer.
What You'll Do
• Act as a financial advisor to multiple VPs, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions and resource allocation
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for assigned technology portfolios

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, their chiefs of staff, and HR partners
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and reporting that drive business decisions
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness through financial KPIs and metrics
• Provide independent perspective on business initiatives and resource optimization
• Support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial implications of current and future initiatives
• Represent both individual business unit needs while considering total Walmart and EBS priorities
What You'll Need
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in FinOps
• Exceptional business partnering and relationship-building abilities
• Experience influencing and maintaining accountability while preserving strong partnerships
• Ability to balance detail-oriented analysis with clear, concise communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Collaborative mindset with dedication to team success
• Experience with financial tools and data analysis
• Understanding of technology business operations (technical expertise not required)

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year's supervisory experience.
