Walmart is hiring a Senior Analyst on the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in advancing our ESG initiatives, ensuring that our operations align with sustainability goals, and enhancing our overall impact on environmental and social governance.

This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in process design and implementation. You will play a critical role on our team, working with various internal and external stakeholders to further ESG across Walmart's global platforms!

This is an in-office position based in Bentonville, AR.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Supporting ESG data management and external ESG reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and managing data related to ESG performance; assisting with ESG reporting, including data accuracy, integrity of reporting and compliance with relevant ESG regulations and standards.
  • Assisting with development and execution of ESG governance: Providing project management support for departmental initiatives; monitoring project timelines and budgets; reviewing and implementing processes to increase efficiency and integration into the business; and developing processes and procedures to streamline ESG reporting.
  • Engaging with stakeholders: collaborating with internal teams across the company to allow successful implementation of ESG governance and reporting system; managing stakeholder support model ensuring resolution of requests; assisting with training programs to raise awareness and understanding of ESG governance principles.
  • Continually monitoring processes for improvement opportunities: recognizing potential risks and developing strategies for mitigation; identifying innovation opportunities; assisting with feedback assessments on new ESG governance and tool; proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and adherence to governance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
