What you'll do...
The Manager - Revenue Operations is a successful, effective b2b sales process oriented enablement manager able to articulate the value message of our technical data solutions and insights product portfolio in support of our customer-facing Business Development function. The DV Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate with our customer-facing teams to help them effectively over-achieve their goals through solution understanding and engaging messaging. The role is Bentonville-based and reports to the Sales Enablement function leader within the Data Ventures Sales Center of Excellence.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
- BA/BS, equivalent 4-year degree, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B Sales Operations, Marketing, Communications, or Sales
- Strong verbal and written communications - able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership.
- Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools like PowerBI
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results

You'll make an impact by...
- Supporting the management of content and collaborating with content owners and help to maintain the single source of truth inventory of approved Walmart Data Ventures sales marketing content.
- Working with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth sales process
- Overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, and anticipating roadblocks to meet deadlines
- Provide ownership of critical business processes, ensuring that information used for important business decisions is from an accurate source and partnering with cross-functional teams when issues are identified to drive to resolution
- Identify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning
- Ensure business development teams are kept up to date on new product functionality that would be meaningful for prospect and client activities
- Coordinate creation of presentation materials for leadership meetings
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to solve business issues
- Support management in strategic, operational planning and ensure decisions align overall Walmart Luminate sales approach and goals
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
