- Sales Operations Management:
- Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and forecasting.
- Revenue Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
- Assist in setting revenue targets and quotas for the sales team.
- Monitor and manage the revenue pipeline to ensure targets are met.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for revenue operations.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Partner with customer success to enhance customer retention and upsell strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform revenue strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Stay updated on best practices and innovations in revenue operations.
- Lead and manage revenue-related projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years of proven experience as a Revenue Operations Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to drive business decisions, flag trends, and forecast
- Strong Excel Skills, and expertise with PowerQuery/PowerPivotStrong
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $80,000 and $100,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
