What you'll do...
As a Manager, Program Manager (Channel Partnerships), you will be central to the continued growth, efficiency, and success of Walmart Marketplace Channel Partnerships. This role requires an exceptional individual who is a problem solver, detail-oriented, self-starter, and can build strong relationships across teams and individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, ability to understand data and derive insights, and coordinate communication across teams and with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Using knowledge and experience of the business to determine what activities must be done by serving as subject matter expert.
- Communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources via ongoing Reporting to Internal and External stakeholders.
- Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements.
- Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Provides decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
- Conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, making recommendations based on data and observation.
- Developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms and ensuring successful completion of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, eCommerce, and/or Marketplace Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
- Familiarity with APIs and Solution Providers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
