Looking for a new role that will be both challenging and rewarding? Then continue reading to see if this position grabs your interests. The Manager, Incubation & Onboarding role plays a critical part in connecting new sellers to Walmart’s marketplace and expediting their sales ramp.
In this role, you will lead multiple onboarding projects as you enable sellers to bring products and services to market in alignment with Walmart Marketplace best practices.
You will work in a one-on-one capacity with individual sellers new to the Walmart Marketplace. You will be responsible for concurrently leading multiple individual seller accounts through the onboarding journey; setting accounts up for success at activation, assisting through the item setup process, & working to influence the adoption of optimal behaviors and best practices designed to promote accelerated growth and success.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Have a high level of ownership and business acumen
- Are customer obsessed and relationship driven
- Are naturally curious, takes calculated risks and have a strong desire to learn
- Have a deep understanding of Marketplace ecommerce spaces
- Have the ability identify, navigate, and manage a sellers onboarding needs with solutions such as API’s, Channel Partner solutions, or internal marketplace management tools
- Can identify product gaps, opportunities, and be a voice of influence for change
- Have a demonstrated ability to operate and execute at a high level in pressure environments
- Are creative and resilient – always looking for new ways to approach problems and drive business performance
- Can foster collaboration with internal and external teams and leverage your expertise in marketplace to drive results
- Can troubleshoot and navigate marketplace complexities on a seller's behalf
- Have a strong desire to take ownership of internal relationships and/or develop a specific subject matter expertise as we deliver value for the marketplace as a team

- Developing Strategic Accounts - Building relationships with sellers to influence adoption of optimal behaviors in a fast-paced and growing segment of Walmart ecommerce business

- Building Strategic Relationships - Collaborating across cross-functional teams as we develop our strategy for onboarding large business for Marketplace segment
- Being a trusted advisor – Develop strong and trusting relationships with partners. Serve as the account “quarterback” – working across the organization to address pain points, solve issues and implement growth initiatives. Employ a “one team” approach to accomplish the goals of the business and drive negotiations from a “win-win” perspective that establishes credibility and trust with our partners and delivers consistently improved performance
- Delivering against Incubation KPI’s – Influencing adoption of marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, & positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
