What you'll do...
As Manager, Digital Strategy - Digital Communications, you'll play a critical role in engaging our associates through content created, build relationships with business partners that drive results, and engaging our associates through modern communication tools. You will be responsible for managing various channels that deliver Walmart's highest impact news and information. You'll collaborate with key team members, including designers, copywriters, and communication managers to plan and send content out to a large global audience.
You'll make an impact by:
- Managing Multiple Channels - becoming a subject matter expert through communication tool ownership, following established processes, and leading execution where you create content, coordinate distribution, and assist partners who have large associate campaigns. A technical background isn't required for this role, but candidates should have enough technical knowledge to speak fluently and collaborate with technical partners.
- Being a Trusted Advisor - identifying opportunities for reaching audiences and amplifying messages while providing technical guidance and recommendations to partners as it pertains to best approaches, timing, and channels.
- Becoming an Associate Champion - finding ways to enhance how we communicate and evaluate opportunities for building further connection with associates through the channels we use daily to speak to them.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:
- You are experienced in enterprise CMS tools - specifically enterprise email, internal social media, and digital signage - and are enthusiastic about digital content management.
- You often find solutions to problems that may not be on the surface, but make large impacts once uncovered.
- You speak technology but can easily articulate functionality and processes back to stakeholders who aren't engrained in the day-to-day of how respective channels operate.
- You are curious about exploring innovative ideas, user behavior, and analytics tools to explain performance and create actionable outcomes for the future.
- You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You know how to set expectations with stakeholders and drive a user-centered approach.
- You have worked in agile technology projects in communications or other related fields.
- You have familiarity with modern, best-in-class design standards, accessibility practices, and employee communication tools.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
