As a Business Manager within our Global Communications team, you'll drive efficient business planning and strategic implementation of various key initiatives across Global Communications. Key responsibilities include operational oversight for Global Communications functions including communications, resource/project management, budget planning and analysis. You will support and advise the Global Head of Communications in executing department strategies and business plans, and act as a liaison to various business lines.
To thrive in this role, you have experience leading, coordinating, and influencing the creation of value-add business outcomes to support senior business leader needs. You organize and facilitate senior-level governance meetings and influence and partner with key stakeholders across Capital Group to accomplish business goals and influence strategic decision making.

New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
