We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Paid Digital Media to oversee the execution and coordination of our paid social and programmatic advertising initiatives. This role is responsible for managing creative development, collaborating with media partners (agencies and platforms), and overseeing financial processes to ensure seamless campaign execution. What you'll do...
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee paid social and programmatic ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Develop timelines, workflows, and deliverables for internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery and approval of campaign assets.
- Review campaign performance and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with media and business partners to align with brand strategy.
- Lead the onboarding of a new agency of record and ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee the migration of our online platform, ensuring all tech and reporting processes remain intact.
Creative Requests & Management:
- Liaise between media and creative teams to align assets with campaign goals.
- Manage creative briefs, revisions, and approvals.
- Coordinate A/B testing and incorporate insights.
- Be prepared to get hands-on with campaign management, including boosting organic posts and optimizing internal campaigns.
Media Partnerships & Coordination:
- Manage relationships with media partners and ad platforms.
- Ensure campaign plans align with brand strategy and goals.
- Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
- Communicate relevant insights to internal teams.
Finance & Budget Management:
- Track budgets, process invoices, and reconcile finances for campaigns.
- Collaborate with finance teams for accurate forecasting and cost allocations.
- Maintain financial records and vendor contracts.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Develop status reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in campaign execution.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, digital media, or paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of paid social and programmatic advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.).
- Proven experience managing creative workflows, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships.
- Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills, with experience in invoice reconciliation and media finance processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency, media buying, or performance marketing environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau).

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
