Primary Responsibilities
The - Sr Manager, Digital Marketing - Omnichannel Operations is a critical member of the US Region Omnichannel Marketing Team. This new role within US Marketing, builds and implements the US Region campaign planning and operations, supports the tracking, reporting and optimization of marketing/sales campaigns and enables revenue growth. This role is equal parts strategy and execution with responsibilities falling into three major areas: strategic planning, operational excellence, and measurement.
As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing - Omnichannel Operations, you will be responsible for leading omnichannel campaign commercial effectiveness. We are seeking a proactive and diligent professional to own the omnichannel operations delivery roadmap, manage and optimize US regional campaigns, oversee marketing technology, ensure compliance with data regulations, and drive continuous process improvements. Your work will support successful omnichannel outcomes across multiple markets, driving operational efficiency and commercial choreography.
The leader will work cross functionally with Digital Marketing, Commercial Enablement leaders to drive adoption of omnichannel standards and ROI on new and established MarTech investments.
This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing in the US Region and is a highly visible leadership role within the organization and will have a significant impact on the long-term revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Marketing Operations Delivery Roadmap: Own and manage the delivery roadmap for marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing processes, and driving impactful results across regional markets.
- Campaign Support and Execution: Works with key partners to implement regional omnichannel campaigns and ensures adherence to US Region standard processes and the BD Way of Marketing and optimizes campaigns for regional effectiveness.
- Marketing Operations Enablement - Oversees the rollout of a central campaign planning tool ensuring robust training, enablement and adoption .
- Commercial Choreography - Collaborates with internal and external customers to manage campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging to optimize the delivery and execution of campaigns.
- Data and Analytics -Ensures that marketing data including segmentation, list management, and database hygiene to meets Region standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Campaign Management - Manages campaign performance metrics, tracks KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Operational Excellence
- Campaign Efficiency - Serves as air traffic control to be responsible for and manage campaign workflows, schedules, and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns to intended audiences
- Project Management - Develops detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery within project constraints.
- Quality Control - Implements quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of error-free web and email content across applications.
- Team of Teams Collaboration -Fosters strong communication channels within the cross-functional team, including marketing, design, content and technology teams.
Campaign Tracking and Measurement
- Tracking and Reporting -Oversees the management tracking and reporting processes and measurement
- Analytics Leadership and Collaboration - Supports analytics teams on campaign tracking and reporting.
- Subject Matter Expertise -Stays informed about the latest trends, technologies and standard processes in web development, content management and email marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Business Marketing/ Digital Marketing preferred. MBA preferred.
- 6+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related fields, with proven expertise in driving regional marketing campaigns and managing marketing technology platforms.
- 4+ years of Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools with certifications in Adobe (Marketo) and Salesforce Cloud, preferred
- 4+ years of Analytical Proficiency: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to leading marketing processes, ensuring compliance with data regulations, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to gain alignment multiple partners in a matrixed organization
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 10-15% (for team meetings and workshops)
- This role is a hybrid to BD US Offices.
