Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Group Director, Strategy, Product, and Innovation to join our team. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the future direction and drive key decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong strategy and product background, deep understanding of digital consumer experiences, technology, financial acumen, and prior experience forecasting from a P&L perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and product management functions, driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Partner with the customer insights team to incorporate customer feedback into strategic planning.
  • Develop and drive the company's product strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, focusing on "how to win" in the market.
  • Provide financial forecasting and manage P&L responsibilities for product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful product launches and market execution.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of strategic outcomes and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategy development and product management.
  • Significant digital consumer experience and understanding of technology.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management and forecasting.
  • Experience working with customer insights teams to drive product decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and complex relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is desirable.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, digital experience/consumption, or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
