As a Pharmacy General Manager, you will...

• drive initiatives to improve compliance, performance, and innovation within the facility by studying industry trends, meeting with external colleagues, and identifying industry gaps.
• ensure the facility is operating according to guidelines by training associates, providing guidance, and maintaining multiple licenses, while analyzing performance metrics and identifying gaps within the facility to improve the operating process and embed a culture of lean operations.
• drive revenue-generating and cost avoidance initiatives by working with regional and strategic business units to develop innovative initiatives that support the overall vision of the organization and driving implementation across all facilities.
