What you'll do...
Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
We are currently seeking a Pharmacy General Manager to join our team at our non-store operations at the Orlando, Florida facility.

As a Pharmacy General Manager, you will...
- drive initiatives to improve compliance, performance, and innovation within the facility by studying industry trends, meeting with external colleagues, and identifying industry gaps.
- ensure the facility is operating according to guidelines by training associates, providing guidance, and maintaining multiple licenses, while analyzing performance metrics and identifying gaps within the facility to improve the operating process and embed a culture of lean operations.
- drive revenue-generating and cost avoidance initiatives by working with regional and strategic business units to develop innovative initiatives that support the overall vision of the organization and driving implementation across all facilities.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to Walmart's code of conduct.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$223,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
