Overview:

As Creative Director (Fashion), you will lead a talented team of 20+ professionals, including Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, and Writers. Your team will be organized into pods tasked with conceptualizing and executing fashion editorial shoots, along with crafting narratives for paid and owned placements across our site, store, digital, and social channels.

This role requires managing multiple overlapping campaigns, demanding exceptional attention to detail, operational expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to seamlessly pivot between teams and projects. Multitasking and maintaining strong organizational skills will be key to your success.

Beyond team leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in presenting creative ideas to cross-functional partners, such as retail marketing teams and senior enterprise leaders. This involves delivering clear, persuasive presentations and gracefully onboarding feedback to refine ideas.

At its core, this role is about creating stunning, on-brand campaigns that captivate and engage fashion-forward audiences while expanding our reach. While your team will often handle the execution, you'll also step onto set as needed to ensure creative excellence. Your mission is to nurture and guide an efficient, dynamic team that consistently delivers exceptional content with style and impact.

The candidate must bring in-house experience at a large-scale organization leading creative teams and, ideally, has additional experience in an agency setting. They combine strong leadership skills with hands-on creative expertise, demonstrating the ability to deliver visually striking campaigns that honor our brand while resonating with new audiences
