How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Network Execution: Build and support scalable integrated mechanisms and analytics platforms to drive governance, improved click to promise and on time delivery.
- Transportation Configuration: Develop, coordinate, and configure Ecomm and fulfillment systems to ensure zero defect of last mile carrier network.
- Customer Focus: Manage the interactions between click to promise and on time delivery to provide the best experience for our customers.
- Digital Workforce: Identify opportunities to develop and deploy processes and implement systems to enhance productivity and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develops and Manages the 100% TransEnabled Speed Metric, CTP, as well as the TransEnabled Cost-to-Serve (CTS) Metric.
- Creates and executes the plan to drive CTP improvements, drive Shipping CTS improvements, and meet contractual requirements by creating and executing a playbook to alter WFE inputs
- Manage E2E network configuration for unscheduled delivery; ensuring zero defect for all carrier shipping lanes.
- Manages and executes the Peak Shipping Playbook.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve last mile spend efficiency.
- Develop, design and implement a world class eCommerce planning strategy aimed at always improving customer experience in a fiscally prudent manner
- Build a culture of openness focused on learning and challenging each other to improve
- Incorporate common / shared goals across leadership stakeholder groups and review / align quarterly.
- Implement governance processes to proactively steer cross-functional teams (Transportation, Distribution, SC Flow, Merch, Stores) to drive continuous improvement for unscheduled delivery.
- Steer product and tech teams as we enhance technology solutions- Ensure data continuity, enhanced reporting, and drive operational engagement and alignment.
- Adjust staffing to enable change management to support release expansion (Master data, optimization, monitor and control).
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of last mile delivery operations and Network planning.
- eCommerce transportation or planning experience
- Proven track record of developing a strategy and delivering a roadmap to deliver it on-time and on-budget
- Experience influencing areas with no direct leadership control - Credible, knowledgeable, and confident
- Proven track record building high performance teams - Comes with a network of talent
- Organized - ability to convert chaos into order; steer the team with clear goals and objectives
- Ability to communicate and steer tech concepts to both product development
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
