The paid internship will prepare associates for a career with Walmart Marketplace-Seller Fulfilled. About Marketplace - Seller Fulfilled

The Marketplace Seller Fulfilled Team is a group of professionals responsible for facilitating transactions between sellers and customers on a marketplace platform, by providing cost-efficient solutions to fulfill orders as well as processing returns, including programs to maximize recovery of returned merchandise.

We are looking for an undergraduate intern to join the Marketplace Seller Fulfilled Business Operations Team focusing on Returns and Recommerce this summer.

The undergraduate intern will have the opportunity to spend time within the fastest growing and strategically critical Marketplace Seller Fulfilled team this summer. A membership internship at Marketplace Seller Fulfilled means a chance to build return technological capabilities and policies that balances the needs of customers and sellers. We are looking for students who are innovators who love to identify and solve problems; all while driving an elevated and premium member experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026
  • 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience
  • Passion for solving problems leveraging data and technology.
  • Collaboration-first working style
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adept at extracting meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Strong time-management skills

Preferred Majors:

  • Business Administration
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Ecommerce
  • Data Science or Analytics

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
