What you'll do...
This opportunity is with the Walmart International Team
As a UX Design Researcher Intern, you will work closely with our UX design and product teams to gather insights that inform the design of our products. You will have the opportunity to develop your research skills, work on real-world projects, and contribute to the improvement of our user experiences.
How you'll spend your days
- Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and contextual inquiries.
- Analyze Data: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure user feedback is incorporated into the design process.
- Create Documentation: Produce research reports, personas, journey maps, and other deliverables that communicate research findings effectively.
- Present Findings: Share research insights with stakeholders through presentations and workshops.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergrad degree program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 - August 2026.
- 0-2 years of part-time or full-time relevant experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills

The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00-$46.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
