Work across the Walmart organization to build products with high impact. Internship projects have the potential to address several end users at Walmart. You will be a critical driver between technology and business to help design and develop product from ground zero. In this role, you will be paired with a Product Manager who will work closely with you to provide guidance throughout your internship.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct product benchmark studies and opportunities to improve a product for users.
  • Develop and enhance a product by supporting product roadmaps.
  • Gather and document product requirements.
  • Collect and analyze user data turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives.
  • Communicated product requirements to key partners (example: Business, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, etc.)
  • Communicate product output to executive leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program currently
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026
  • 0-2 years of full-time relevant experience

Preferred Majors:

  • Product Management
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • or related area

Office Environment:
Corporate, in-person internship

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The hourly wage range for this position is $25.00-$46.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00


*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
