About the Role

The Carrier Success Representative, NE plays a pivotal role in cultivating and enhancing partnerships with large and small trucking companies. This role is central to our strategy of recruiting top-tier carriers, nurturing these relationships to promote growth and retention, and advancing their engagement with our platform. Collaborating closely with the operations team, the representative is instrumental in developing strategies for carrier recruitment and relationship advancement. Additionally, working in tandem with engineering teams, the representative ensures the delivery of an exceptional educational experience, tailored to empower drivers with the skills and confidence needed to excel using our platform. This position is not just about maintaining relationships; it's about fostering a thriving community of carriers who are as invested in our success as we are in theirs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically Recruits Carriers: Proactively identifies and recruits top-tier carriers, guiding them through the onboarding process and assisting with the integration of their drivers onto our platform.
- Facilitates Comprehensive Onboarding: Oversees and assists carriers and drivers in completing all necessary documentation and procedures required to join the platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Leverages Platform Automations: Utilizes platform automations effectively to send timely reminders and important updates to carriers and drivers, enhancing communication and engagement.
- Ensures Timely Completion of Paperwork: Conducts daily checks to verify that all required paperwork and formalities are accurately completed in a timely manner.
- Conducts Regular Follow-ups: Implements a structured follow-up schedule with drivers and their clients, including day one, day three, day seven check-ins, and subsequent follow-ups based on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Analyzes and Acts on KPIs: Regularly reviews key performance indicators (KPIs), devising and executing action plans aimed at reducing driver churn and improving overall carrier engagement.
- Provides Targeted Education and Support: Educates drivers on average income opportunities, coaching points, and morale-boosting strategies, especially during periods of low demand, to maintain high driver morale and performance.
- Cultivates and Maintains Lasting Relationships: Actively works to build and maintain enduring relationships with carrier and driver clients, fostering a sense of community and mutual growth.
- Develops and Implements Growth Strategies: Collaborates with the operations and engineering teams to create and refine strategies for advancing carrier relationships and enhancing the educational experience for drivers.
- Undertakes Special Projects and Additional Duties: Responsibly handles other duties and special projects as assigned, contributing to the team's overall success and the platform's continual improvement.
Requirements:
Understanding of the recruitment process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
- 1 year of recruiting, sales, or related experience and/or training
- Bilingual preferred: written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Google Suites (Gmail, sheets, docs) and/or Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, working 12-14 hour days
Compensation: $75-80k salary
