Job Description

  • Lead the annual prioritization process for strategic priorities and resulting KPIs, both at the regional and country level

  • Define and track strategic performance
  • Put in place a strategy PMO framework to enhance execution discipline of defined priorities and main account plans
  • Enhance existing processes and tools to track scorecard at Account Executive level
  • Work in coordination with Finance to translate annual profit plan to geography, country and BD level sales targets
  • Assure rigorous analysis for resource allocation, both investments and ongoing expenses
  • Design and implement appropriate governance for resource allocation decisions, e.g. investments, expenses and FTEs
  • Work in coordination with Finance in new business cases and post implementation reviews to ensure discipline
  • Responsible for overall productivity and efficiency initiatives, both identifying potential opportunities and capturing their impact
  • Lead special projects that should lead to better financial performance
  • Manage overall Andean governance ensuring better coordination across geographies and functions, and proper follow-up of pending items
  • Lead executive presentations sharing insights and recommendations to better support the Andean Leadership team to manage the business and drive informed decisions
  • Partner with Business Functions to actively support and facilitate strategy execution

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
•Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant graduate degree or similar academic and professional experience
•10+ years’ experience with 3+ years’ experience in management consulting or strategy function preferred, strong financial background required
•Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry or retail strategy experience preferred
•Ability to independently lead and manage projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
•Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
•Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling. Effective at building insights from research, data collection and analysis
•Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
•Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently, to adapt to changes in priorities quickly
•Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
•Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner using various reporting and analytical tools
•Ability to engage across cultures, language and time zones across various mediums and ability to travel as needed
•Fluency in English and Spanish required
