Job Description
This Sr Manager role will report to the Head of CEMEA Insights & Analytics and will support closely Head of Marketing CISSEE & the team. Role will be based out in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Candidate will be a subject matter expert in market and consumer research, managing research projects and stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality. They will ensure research is of the highest quality, delivering meaningful insights that make a difference to Visa stakeholders, clients, and partners
This role will collaborate with Visa CISSEE Client Marketing Service, Visa Consulting & Analytics, and other teams to promote our Research & Insights capabilities and solutions as a value-added service (VAS) to clients, guiding insights-based, customer-centric decision making.
Responsibilities include designing research and experiments, offering custom research solutions, overseeing Research & Insights proposals and outcomes, and translating business questions into research objectives. The role also includes assessing the potential leverage of existing research assets and insight sources.
The role also involves developing and supporting Research & Insights as a VAS for clients. This includes creating sales materials, conducting sharing sessions, training, managing pitch to clients and developing new research & insights capabilities.
The primary geographic focus will be the CISSEE countries, hence familiarity with local markets and language proficiency is preferred. The role also includes managing regional preferred research agencies for custom and syndicated solutions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
This role requires deep subject matter expertise to work hands-on with research and data, running advance analysis, designing research, and delivering insights-based story-telling that makes a difference.
What would help:
• Over 10 years of experience in a similar role on the client side or consumer & market research agency.
• A graduate degree from a top-tier institution or similar academic experience in Statistics, Marketing Sciences, Econometrics or Business Management. Emphasis on psychology, sociology, or anthropology is a plus.
• Expertise in consumer market research methodologies, not restricted to quant/qual but also new-generation research & methods, with experience in analyzing and reporting insights using compelling storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in custom solution research & insights development especially related to choice-based modelling, concept testing, consumer tension mapping & personas, brand & campaign measurement.
• Ability to develop, communicate, and sell Research & Insights capabilities, reports, and thought leadership as a VAS to clients.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, and preferably also in English, to service clients in the region.
