Job Description
The NA, Sr Director of VAS Channel Management will be responsible for driving a scaled and efficient Channel/ Partner sales process and driving the growth of Value-Added Services (VAS) indirect revenue. Their team will consist of 5 direct reports that are responsible for developing indirect revenue through channel and partner relationships. They will partner closely with NA regional sales, delivery, and solutions/ product leadership to execute initiatives designed to grow NA VAS indirect revenue.

Major focal points will include setting the strategic direction for the team in alignment with the broader VAS organizational goals, assigning the team to the highest revenue opportunities, creating an efficient operating environment, and developing talent. This role will also engage directly with large strategic partners to drive business development.
Essential Functions
· Build and enhance Partner Programs such as Reseller, Services, Referral, Platform, Sponsorship/Branding
· Establish, execute and monitor operating procedures for the team
· Develop tools and capabilities that allow the team to support field enablement for Partner Program elements such as, Incentives, Rules of Engagement, Deal Registration
· Create reporting to collect and manage feedback from partners and use that information to enhance programs or create initiatives to improve partner experience.
· Work cross functionally with sales operations, marketing, finance, enablement, and technical teams to secure, operationalize and manage all aspects of the overall Channel function.
· Measure and manage team results and articulate performance and support needs to senior leadership.
· Hold team accountable for deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports in a business development function.
• Experience having revenue accountability for a portfolio of channel partners.
• Previous experience working in the channel sales or partnership space is required.
• Proven history of driving revenue growth through others
• Confident speaker with ability to present, interact, and connect with executives.

• Demonstrate ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Proven ability to independently analyze and problem solve.
• 8+ years of experience managing direct reports in a business development function.
• Experience with eCommerce, payments, risk, security, and regulatory requirements for domestic and cross broader processing.
• Strong personal desire to improve and expand industry-related knowledge.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $210,100 to $347,700 USD per year, *which includes potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
