Job Description

The Product Innovation team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Innovation team in the CEMEA region, based in Dubai. You will have the chance to lead the development and launch of crypto-enabled payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Visa’s existing infrastructure. You understand what's behind blockchain technology. You will work closely with regulatory bodies and legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving crypto regulations and standards. You will help Visa to stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management with 5-10 years of relevant experience and a mandatory understanding of the crypto landscape. This role will be pivotal in driving the innovation strategy and developing new product offerings to enhance Visa’s market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of crypto-related products and services within the CEMEA region.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Develop new products aligned with Visa’s overall business goals and innovation agenda.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products.
  • Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to Visa’s security and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Educate internal teams and stakeholders on the potential and implications of crypto technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience and knowledge in the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, digital currencies, and related regulatory environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA degree is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably within the payment, fintech, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
