Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in supporting Visa’s Digital Sales transformation. You will be joining a global, center of excellence team charted to help stand up five regional, digital sales hubs in the coming year. The specific goal is to introduce and administer technology solutions that improve sales effectiveness through process automation, collaboration and data driven insights. We want to improve every aspect of our sales process to create a frictionless environment to support how we engage with our customers and sell Visa solutions that help our customers drive more revenue, reduce risk, and decrease costs.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage your Dynamics 365 experience and process expertise to design simple, scalable solutions for a global sales team.
- Administer Dynamics 365 in a variety of ways including lead routing rules, work assignment, sales territories, record assignment, and more.
- Help train and enable new digital sellers on the processes and technical solutions you design & administer.
- Generate business and process requirements that integrate learnings from seller feedback.
- Partner closely with the product management team to develop the creation of your ideas through a well-structured Agile Scrum model
- Monitor the performance of our digital sales processes with an eye towards automation and optimization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 5+ years of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- MS Office proficiency
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Related Field
You Should be:
- User Obsessed. Understands and engages to understand how users are using the sales platform and how the sales platform can be improved to create value for our global sales team through an intuitive user experience.
- Extremely Curious. This role requires you to swivel chair across systems, teams, and various data sources. You need to be curious, willing to learn, and ready to jump into Visa with both feet.
- A professional with 5+years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900 to 180,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
