The Sales Support Manager works with account executives to enter orders and collect creative assets from clients for print and digital order fulfillment. Duties will include:
- Assist with detailed client history reports, billing inquiries and rate requests as needed.
- Manage insertion orders utilizing financial systems across multiple markets.
- Communicate specs, inventory, availability, and deadlines to the Sales team, in addition, provide market specific information, such as date options, zoning options, special sections, etc.
- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets including communication between client, sales and designers.
This role is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in multiple areas within the advertising industry. Some graphic design experience is beneficial but not required. The capacity and organizational skills to coordinate and execute a high volume of tasks is also a must. The role also requires the ability to multitask and work within strict deadlines.

Here's What You'll Do:
- Work closely with sales executives to order multiple campaign tactics within deadlines and expected SLAs.
- Communicate specs and collect creative assets and materials from clients
- Works as the liaison between the customer, account managers, account executives and designers in developing high-quality creative assets.
- Communicates with customers on all ad production matters, including but not limited to deadlines, material needs, ad copy, proofs and corrections.
- Generates clear layouts, provides style examples and assembles needed materials. Review design quality and proofs to ensure quality and accuracy.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Adobe suite or graphic design experience is a plus.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000and $55,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
