The Business Performance & Insights Manager reports to the Business Insights & Analytics Lead Director.

The Business Insights & Analytics team provides the Europe CEO with Executive Support, Performance Management and Business Planning & Initiatives. This is an exciting, fast moving area of the business where we oversee the successful completion of activities critical to the European CEO. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

You will be part of a small high performing team that automate its processes and enhance the use of self-serviced tools to be used by all stakeholders. You will automate MI processes and driving their continuous improvement in close alignment with the AI and Process Automation team.

This role requires a strong commercial, data and business analytic skillset. You will be highly numeric, have excellent working knowledge of excel, Power BI, Power Automate and experience of managing the mechanics related to reporting including: data extraction, data translation, information logging, analysis and interpretation. You will have the ability to summarise and communicate insightful analysis of key trends, highlighting key Business Risks & Opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Performance Management:

  • Design and manage the production of monthly reporting packs for the Revenue and Commercial Operations department, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Provide insights for Board Papers and Investor Relations

  • Deliver detailed analysis on deal velocity, segmented by deal type, cluster, and country level, to offer actionable insights

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and develop models to generate strategic insights based on business needs

  • Develop metrics and dashboards to enable the leadership team to assess business performance

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate and enhance Management Information (MI), transitioning to self-serviced, real-time dashboards whenever possible

  • Automate and streamline existing processes using Power Automate and AI

  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of European Scorecards and Leaders' objectives

  • Advanced Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis, visualization, and process automation

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in tracking and reporting program metrics

  • Data Management: Strong skills in data crunching and modelling

  • Technology Adoption: Open to adopting new technologies and tools that enhance productivity and efficiency. Think automation first so that all tracking and models are scalable

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or payments, ideally with some combination of commercial, operations, and finance experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills including ability to create and understand complex formulas, link databases and create working MI Tools.
  • Proven experience in automating business processes and workflows using
  • Power Automate, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Qualified in one of the following: Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or
  • Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative fields
  • Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing to stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to service and support a range of internal and external customers, often in parallel and within a shifting set of priorities.
