  • Act as the Product & Technology Subject Matter Expert and assist the commercial team throughout the sales process to enable issuers to easily launch card and account agnostic real-time payments solutions (P2P, P2M, and Cross-Border, among others) while providing value added services such as tokenization, identity validation and risk tools to deliver a complete transaction and service offering. The company is creating the Next Generation Payment Ecosystem to help financial institutions, retailers, and their customers to transact digitally, with security, anytime and anywhere.
  • Lead the requirement gathering and estimation process.
  • Identify areas/features for standardizations and productization.
  • Provide technical content for RFPs.
  • Support the transition process to the Product Owner assigned to the project.
  • Additionally, responsible for facilitating the integration of the company's real-time payment solutions into the systems of financial institutions and merchants. This involves understanding their technological infrastructure and identifying the most efficient ways to implement the solutions.
  • Position may require international travel.
  • Position reports to the Miami, Florida office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a business development -related occupation.
  • Position requires experience in the following:
  • Pre-sales experience selling complex technical products and/or projects;
  • SaaS and on-premise deliveries;
  • Development and high level-architect experience in Java, Spring framework, micro services, and Rest API’s
  • Google Cloud Platform; and
  • Well versed in security matters.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.

Additional Information

Worksite: Miami, FL

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Position may require international travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $129,730.00 USD to $188,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time off and Wellness Programs.
