The Regional Sales Team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Executive Manager to join our team and manage relationships with our key clients in Mexico. What an Account Executive Manager does at Visa:

Client Support and Account Management:

  • Play a crucial role in supporting clients by executing comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to boost revenue from existing and new business opportunities.

  • Provide dedicated client relationship assistance to Visa’s issuing clients, ensuring they are equipped with the most suitable Visa products and services.

Revenue Generation and Business Development:

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and manage current contractual obligations with clients.

  • Proactively develop opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to grow both client and Visa’s business.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Support disciplined account planning to meet and exceed identified goals and implement strategic initiatives.

Financial Analysis and P&L Understanding:

  • Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze financial data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of bank profit and loss (P&L) statements, understanding how various financial products and services impact a bank’s bottom line.

  • Apply financial acumen to manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.

Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions within client organizations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and providing tailored Visa solutions.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Visa to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.

Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and value.

  • Effectively address and resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring clients have a positive experience with Visa.

Market Insight and Strategic Decision-Making:

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

  • Leverage this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and initiatives, ensuring Visa remains a leader in the payments industry.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualification

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at

least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,
JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or relationship management.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge and interest in working within the Payments and technology industry.
  • Client-centric with considerable experience in managing key accounts and stakeholders, ideally in financial institutions, consulting firms or large retailers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Results-driven team player, organized, resilient and capable of operating independently and multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a multi-functional, challenging, and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess high learning agility, passionate about sales, sense of humor and a global mindset.
