We are looking for a dedicated and creative person to join our team as a VOD Coordinator, to support the scheduling and delivery of the MTV and Comedy Central VOD services in UK & Ireland.
The VOD Coordinator is responsible for creating, distributing, and maintaining the MTV and Comedy Central catch-up schedules, as well as all required metadata for MTV and Comedy Central VOD services, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage your own time well across numerous projects at once. You must be well organised, creative, an able communicator, a teammate and you must thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be self-motivated, confident in your opinions and able to work alone as well as part of a team.

What will you be doing?
- Creating weekly catch-up schedules for MTV and Comedy Central and distributing to affiliates at Sky, NOW and Virgin (including updates capturing schedule changes etc.)
- Creating a weekly priority content pdf, excel and email to distribute to affiliate contacts every Wednesday
- Assembling affiliate support on platforms alongside daily checks each morning to monitor content on platforms
- Maintaining metadata feeds that supply information to affiliates
- Assist with scheduling of VOD content
- Excellent copy-writing skills, and ability to pitch new ideas and collections that can improve consumption
- Strong teammate who loves collaborating
- Strong time management skills
- Proactively identifies and explores new creative opportunities
- Interest in an evolving media landscape, video on demand and streaming
- Proficient in the skill of editing and selecting visual assets
- Impeccable attention to detail especially when working under pressure
- Capacity for creative problem solving.
- Strong communicator and be confident working with other departments.
- Strong I.T Skills including Excel and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Experience with Tableau, Airtable, Google Docs and scheduling software e.g. What's On, preferable but not essential.
