As Via’s Global Creative Director, you will lead our internal Studio team and help set the direction for the brand and then bring it to life. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand engagement across Via’s portfolio. We are seeking a candidate who is inspirational and who can both protect and enhance our brand's reputation by introducing ideas that are innovative and true to our values. Your goal will be to elevate how Via engages across our wide ranging audiences while also managing multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.

We are in search of an accomplished creative leader with a strong agency or in-house background, a dedication to exceptional work, and a talent for fostering collaboration and excellence. We are looking for someone who brings a passion to the job, inspires those around them, and is excited to get to work alongside the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our in house creative studio team - design, copy, video, animation, digital. 
  • Help build the Via brand for the future; evolve our creative work to set the standard for our category and be a leader among other fast-growing tech companies.  
  • Be a thought partner across the organization, bringing creative solutions to business needs and opportunities. 
  • Set a strong creative vision; Be responsible for creative strategy, development, and execution across disciplines.  
  • Ensure our Studio team approaches projects with a deep understanding of our customers, audiences, product offerings, marketing plans, and key messaging across all lines of business. 
  • Guide the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Work across B2B/B2G as well as consumer audiences. 
  • Take a simple idea and turn it into a comprehensive, integrated campaign. 
  • Collaborate across teams, prioritize work, and help advance business goals. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and push the boundaries of creative work. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of creative work through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years experience, recently in a creative leadership role at an agency or in-house. 
  • A love for creative storytelling and building compelling brand narratives that have a practical application.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster a shared creative vision and drive successful outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand development, marketing, and multimedia campaigns and programs.
  • A deep commitment to creative excellence and innovation, always seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Interest in digging into and understanding the business and product, ensuring the Studio is a partner in driving growth.  
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering superior results.
  • An ability - and desire - to keep doing the work alongside the team. 
  • Demonstrated history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent. 
  • Experience working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Skill in collaborating with teams across different time zones and disciplines.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Enthusiasm for in-office collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $200,000-$275,000
