For our Creative Director, we're looking for:
Responsibilities:
Providing strategy and direction for marketing campaigns, concepting and moodboarding.
Planning organization advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards.
Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
Oversee client pitches and proposals
Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Have some creative or artistic background - creativity gives you internal permission to execute
Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, communications or related field
A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.
Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of business planning
Ability to look at bigger picture
A solid grasp of design, copy and web practices.
Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
