Join us at the forefront of managing critical internal projects in our Electrical and Control modular operations across North America. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of projects, delivering on-time, on-budget, and with exemplary quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Guide Project Teams: Provide direction to Site Managers, offering leadership in resolving project challenges or customer-related issues.
  • Plan and Implement with Precision: Ensure project planning aligns with global standards before execution, with meticulous oversight of schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor Performance and Report Progress: Track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while proactively reporting outcomes to global counterparts.
  • Anticipate and Solve Problems: Identify risks early, challenge assumptions, and find innovative solutions to avoid delays.
  • Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with Site Managers to meet both global and regional expectations, balancing stakeholder interests.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote and embrace corporate safety standards, ensuring all team members receive proper training and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Support quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational processes.
  • Develop and Mentor Talent: Ensure employees receive the training they need to succeed, identifying opportunities for further growth and development.
  • Support Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, OR a combination of academic background and relevant wind industry experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse work groups and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal, written, active listening, meeting facilitation, and presentations).
  • Must be able to safely climb wind turbines as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other essential PC tools.
