Portfolio Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
- Advise SVP of Sales on projects for escalation to Tier 1. Ensure demand forecast and project schedule plans are correct in the reports viewed by the broader organization.
- As needed, participate in and contribute to the quarterly forecast efforts.
- Create visibility to supply and demand, by product mix.
- Convene departmental subject matter experts to validate and ensure supportability of the projects. Advise Sales team on timing feasibility of projects and identify, flag, and communicate potential risks to a project plan.
- Through cross-departmental collaboration, develop and validate high-level project schedules for approval by management within Operations and Sales.
- Serve as the Sales interface with Supply Chain to represent the customer's viewpoints and asks. Ensure the project schedule is fully coordinated between Supply Chain, Transportation, and Construction.
- Effectively communicate to Sales team which sourcing is left to sell and what has already been committed to.
- Own, manage, and communicate monthly portfolio and pipeline changes. Adjustments include (but not limited to) changes in order intake date, delivery date, supply dates, and product mixes. Continuously update relevant files and routinely enter data into capacity request forms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, or technical degree.
- Analytics experience (Tableau, Power BI, SAP SAC, or similar).
- Commercial Sales and/or Sales Operations, Project Management, or Supply Chain experience.
Competencies:
- Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Skilled in customer relations, analytical, and problem-solving.
- Ability to connect the dots between supply and demand across portfolio of projects.
- Ability to perform well in high-demand situations and changing work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced system skills - SAP, Salesforce, Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite.
