NPI and Tech Transfer Specialist Manufacturing HSE-Blades
This role supports factories within Vestas with HSE support. Gives guidance and control protocol / governance, HSE workstream lead in Technology projects within manufacturing and act as interface for NPI and Tech transfers within Vestas at both internal and external factories.
Is capable of navigating between levels of Shop-floor environment, to technical review meetings, both ends supported by various teams.

You'll be part of a team covering Vestas Blades Globally, travel to be expected 30-60 days / year.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the HSE Technical Transfer between Factories
- Ensure all Technology transfer across all factories occurs in a consistent and efficient manner
- Support with all HSE matters as part of the Vestas Way to Market for all new factories and platforms
- Establish critical mechanisms to ensure the NPI considers safety in its evaluation
- Establish NPI assurance and sign off protocols for HSE
- Ensure all Coordination between R&D and Manufacturing with respect to the establishment and transfer of all risk assessments and safe systems of work, ensuring all factories work processes are aligned to tackling the HSE risk day to day
- Ensure all NPI processes and R&D initial design processes are closely aligned and there is a smooth handover of HSE risks and controls in this regard
- Assurance to customers, shareholders and internal stakeholders that the external factories comply with Vestas minimum Safety and Environmental standards
- Support with specific safety committees and Governance structures as may be required
- Ensure that the TT process to External manufacturing is complied with
- Provide assurance that External factories comply with Vestas min requirements during their operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety Engineering, Ergonomics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience in new product introduction, technology transfer, and ensuring compliance with ISO certifications.
Competencies:
- Great technical skills in manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of global HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Advanced communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical thinking and advanced problem solving.
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
- Ability to influence and direct through indirect reporting lines.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to HSE issues.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
