The CIM Operations Department is focused on high safety and quality completion in CIM projects. In order to sustainably perform, the group requires coordinator experience to assist and support the Project Managers with tracking, dispatching, and order management.
Responsibilities:
• Escalates service orders, purchase orders, LEAP issues, etc. in accordance to project priorities.
• Collaborates with regional, territory, and site stakeholders in order to accurately dispatch and assign orders utilizing the LEAP system.
• Participate in new process & improvement activities within the CIM Execution Team.
• Complete tasks to highest quality using Vestas standards and prudent wind industry practices.

• Coordinate with on-site management representatives, subcontractors, and customers as needed for operational actions and metrics.
• Participate in parts consumption & material management as needed.
• Ability to work a variable work schedule as needed to meet business milestones.
• Act as a safety & quality role model, encourages and recognizes others completing safe acts and intervenes when unsafe acts are being practiced.
• Exemplify and promote integrity, skilled initiative, as well as a no-compromise focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis. Also, may perform basic quality audits of less proficient staff.
• Promotes effective team environment through assisting teammates in accomplishing goals as well as mentoring lower level technical staff.
• Maintain solid customer focus at all times.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in the wind industry in a coordinator role.
• Established ability to uphold high standards, exhibit accountability, and show initiative as a quality leader.
• Established ability to collaborate in and facilitate multiple groups to work together to address complex problems.
• Knowledge and experience with effective behavioral based safety programs, practices and procedures.
• Functions appropriately in a time-sensitive situation in environments of frequent shifts and conflicting demands and is capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Business financial knowledge is beneficial.
• Professional English communications skills (verbal, focused listening, written, meeting management, presentation).
• Valid driver's license, passport and ability to travel as needed to meet business goals.
• Efficient PC computer skills (MS Office) required, MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP & Salesforce knowledge beneficial.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, climb stairs, hearing ability to use close range radios, visual acuity including depth perception, field of vision and the ability to distinguish between colors, ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
