GWx touches the lives of every Vanguard employee every day. The Engagement Coordinator will provides support to the Engagement management team who works with internal clients each and everyday.
Primary Responsibilities to include:
- Customer Relationship Management - Builds and maintains effective relationships, proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders
- Knowledge Transfer - Works with business leaders to understand requirements, communicates business strategies and objectives
- Support Strategic Functions Enablement - Net Favorable Score campaign, capital project intake, new real estate entry/exit, enterprise programs and strategies, divisional summaries
- Support Engagement Leads in internal and external presentations
- Participate in research to capture and summarize industry trends and best practices

General Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present to leaders and team members virtually and/or in-person
- Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite and Teams data visualization a plus
- Data management and analytics proficiency
- Substantial research and organizational skills
- Ability to complete assignments independently
