Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual)
The HRBP will be the leader of a multi-disciplined team of 2; overseeing HR Operations, Human Resources Specialists, Employee Relations and local Benefits capabilities supporting the Canadian and Latin American business. Scope of role includes Regulatory Oversight and Regional wide strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate with our Head of HR for Americas and Europe and local/global peers to identify, design and deliver human capital outcomes across the region and division.
In this role you'll:
- Create strong partnership with HR and business stakeholders to develop human capital strategy (includes DEI strategy) that will accelerate and enable business outcomes across the region and international division. Work through complex factors that influence strategy.
- Convert human capital strategy into clear measurable actions, navigating multiple functions, teams, and stakeholders across a matrix, global organization. You'll oversee and execute on HR workstreams of regulatory compliance requirements, program enterprise projects, and regional strategic initiatives.
- Leverage data to drive strategic decisions, monitor progress and identify risks.
- Paint a compelling vision of strategy to motivate HR and business stakeholders. Manage situations with conflicting views and priorities across local/global HR and business stakeholders.
- Perform a broad leadership role across HR; 'setting the standard' on talent, coaching and developing team members, and driving strong overall team engagement.
- Create solid understanding of enterprise HR offers and global function human capital strategy to create standard work to benefit the region and enterprise. Evolving a more sustainable HR function through technology, processes, and people.
- Coach leaders on a wide range of talent related items such as organisational design and effectiveness, performance management, executive coaching.
- Work with senior leadership on determining the best employee goals, metrics, and drivers.
- Direct and oversee Human Resources operations. Advocate for the HR agenda with senior business leaders. Align the business with global HR policies and programs. Conduct workforce planning within aligned business areas, and contribute to the enterprise-wide workforce plan.
- Make recommendations and provide improvement insight regarding program goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources management. Deliver reports to the business on key HR trends and metrics. Monitor various HR trends by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data. Present analysis and recommendations to managers and works to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and desired experiences:
- A track record of developing strong business acumen and translating that into a human capital strategy that enables business outcomes.
- Experience developing and navigating strong working relationships across HR and business stakeholders, at all levels within global matrix management model.
- Led cross functional teams to successfully solve critical business problems from strategy to execution.
- Led teams, providing a compelling vision, driving accountability, and strong coaching and development.
- Strong communication skills with high degree of persuasion and influence to garner trust, gain confidence, 'buy-in' and advocacy.
- A data driven approach to measure effectiveness of human capital strategy, to identify root cause of issues and progress.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between operational excellence and strategic thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in virtual environments and support international teams.
- Must be Bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English.
Special factors: This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working our offices in Toronto.
