Institutional Investor Group Technology (IIGT) is looking for a Senior Genesys Developer with extensive experience in both coding and architectural design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys technologies and a proven track record of developing and implementing complex solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the future state architecture of our Contact Center product while also being hands-on with coding and development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based solutions to meet business requirements for our modernized Contact Center product.
- Lead the architectural design and future state planning for our Genesys platform within the Contact Center solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Genesys solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Genesys solutions.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Genesys Framework, Genesys SDK, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Cloud).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with Agentic AI Framework.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Genesys development and architecture.
Additional Qualifications:
- Certifications in Genesys technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of other contact center technologies and integrations.
