Details:

As a Relationship Specialist you will support Select and Select Plus Relationship Managers by completing various requests that RMs submit to the team such as: Research, Problem Resolution, Exceptions, NIGO Contact, Case Review, Misc. You will also create value and drive outcomes for our business partners through the completion of the requests as well as VMS activities including Problem Solving, VOC, & managing D&C.

  • Manage Ambiguity - The nature of our requests and the solutions are often complex and ambiguous. Also, the team is relatively new and expanding, giving crew members the opportunity to influence how the team operates and how we support the RMs.
  • Clear Communication - As noted above, the complex issues and resolutions need to be clearly communicated to either an RM or a Client.
  • Research Persistence - There is not always a clear answer to various requests; being able to dive into the request and find the reasonable and correct answers is key to success.
