The National Security Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Technical Assistance for Repairables Processing (TARP) Field Support Representative supporting Navy Deployable Field Representatives under a contract sponsored and funded by NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS). This position is to support daily activities as a telecommuter. The Field Support Representative provides management and administrative skills to support a Field Team (over 40 personnel) located in the US, Internationally and on deployed Ships. Travel is extensive and difficult to manage to support worldwide travel requirements.

Responsibilities:
This position will act as liaison with Leidos Travel department and ensure all travel is conducted in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations and Leidos directives; meet unique travel requirements, such as Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), CONUS Replacement Center (CRC), passports, immunizations, and berthing and messing arrangements. Additionally, emergency travel arrangements may be required to support an unplanned deployment or to relieve injured personnel. Use all efforts to minimize cost and use military air where available. Ensure timeliness of travel arrangements, travel authorization requests and accuracy of travel expense reports. Coordinate International travel, including international movement reporting. Facilitate visit requests. Responsible to report CONUS and OCONUS travel to the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Is responsible to develop and coordinate a new team member onboarding Training Schedule and coordinate security clearance crossover with the Leidos Security Officer prior to the new employee's arrival for indoctrination. Ensure the new employee onboarding Orientation/Training Checklist Form is included in the employee personnel record upon conclusion of orientation/training. Coordinate security clearance requirements with individual, Leidos and the Government. Coordinate the update/maintenance of the weekly Movement Report/calendar and report in the weekly Leidos staff meeting. During this meeting, report status of deploying personnel, security clearances, etc.

Will have to exercises independent judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. This position is a remote position and may require up to 10% of travel to support the program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Four years experience with federal government financial accounting regulations to include overseas travel, security clearances, and documentation for deployed personnel.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance within 180 from hire date.
- Knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
