The Regional Director, Personal Investor Wealth Management will lead, develop, empower, and guide a team of Wealth Advisor Executives in providing wealth planning to help clients with their wealth planning goals and aligned with business objectives , as well as exercise strategic and competitive acumen and leadership.
What it takes
- Leads a team of Arizona-based Wealth Advisor Executives who manage the wealth of the largest and most complex individual investors (and entities) served by Personal Investor Wealth Management.
- Manages a large, multi-billion-dollar book of business.
- Coaches and develops tenured, highly specialized crew.
- Meets with key clients and prospects to deepen and secure large, complex relationships.
- Responsible for driving client satisfaction and retention, offer penetration, and growth.
- Collaborates with a team of senior leaders who lead our Trust Department, Wealth & Estate Planning team, and cross-site teams of senior advisors across three different wealth segments.
- Participates in legal entity-specific governing bodies to ensure appropriate oversight and risk mitigation.
- Serves as business lead or sponsor for key bodies of work (e.g., advisor teaming, performance reporting, cash products, methodological enhancements, private equity).
- Learning agility and ability and desire to dive deeply into complexities of portfolio management processes and investment methodology to support crew, and to influence technology and process improvements vital for success.

Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, including people leadership experience.
- Client-facing experience and wealth management acumen is required.
- Deep knowledge of investment offerings and methodology for UHNW clients.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Series 7, 63, 66 and 24 licenses required, or ability to acquire within department guidelines.
