Vanguard Workplace Solutions is seeking a Business Continuity Lead to oversee and guide the creation of initiatives aimed at enhancing business continuity risk strategies. This role involves ensuring the division implements a comprehensive strategy for critical and interim business processes and solutions, thereby bolstering the division's resilience and guaranteeing the consistent delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You'll also work in close conjunction with enterprise Business Continuity within Global Risk & Security, as well as key business partners in Risk, Vendor Management Oversight, and IT.

Responsibilities:
- Evolves and drives Workplace Solutions' annual supplier resiliency assessments considering alternate solutions, exercising solutions and work to reduce critical resiliency risk.
- Leads a subset of critical suppliers and consults with business owners and provides direction on resiliency strategies. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios. Makes recommendations to management and may present business continuity issues to internal partners.
- Gains visibility on strategic projects and may play a primary point of contact for Workplace Solutions BCM on enterprise and divisional initiatives and makes recommendations related to business continuity processes (examples - continuity enrichment curriculum, cyber resiliency).
- Creates and monitors integrated program plan, and responsible for stakeholder forums to obtain input and decisioning on critical initiatives.
- Monitors and reports on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Supports enterprise in relationships with audit and government regulators.
- Provides training, maintenance, and support for approved contingency planning tools and plans. Shares information on enterprise continuity processes, standards and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience. Business contingency, supplier/vendor management experience or disaster recovery management experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Consistent track record of managing projects and stakeholders.
