We are on the lookout for a dynamic IT Delivery Manager to spearhead our Salesforce DevOps team, consisting of talented IT professionals. If you have a strong background in software delivery as an experienced senior/lead within development, project management, business analysis and or test engineering with a passion for people management, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Agile methodologies, possess a robust understanding of the software development lifecycle, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. You should excel in stakeholder management, be a proactive problem solver and be adept at removing obstacles that impact team performance.

The Role:

  • Lead an agile delivery team of Salesforce Developers and Data Analysts.
  • Foster a 'can-do' culture to drive team effectiveness.
  • Own project planning, delivery, and execution with high quality and transparency.
  • Provide scrum leadership for the team.
  • Act as a leader, mentor, and facilitator, managing recruitment and career development.
  • Oversee all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce Platform Governance, Stability, DevOps strategy, and Development & Configuration across the enterprise.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in a software development background.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development, administration, and management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
  • Advocate of best practices with a passion for technology.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, web services, and software testing.
  • Experience in delivering multi-platform projects (e.g., Mobile, Web, and backend).
