We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead our team of Salesforce DevOps team consisting of Developers and Data Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce Platform Governance, system stability, and driving our DevOps strategy. This is Fortune 500 Enterprise deployment supporting 2,000+ users across sales & service with global Salesforce development teams spread between the US & Ireland

The Role:
- Lead an agile delivery team of Salesforce Developers and Data Analysts.
- Foster a 'can-do' culture to drive team effectiveness.
- Own project planning, delivery, and execution with high quality and transparency.
- Provide scrum leadership for the team.
- Act as a leader, mentor, and facilitator, managing recruitment and career development.
- Oversee all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements.
- Ensure Salesforce Platform Governance, Stability, DevOps strategy, and Development & Configuration across the enterprise.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
What you offer:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in a software development background.
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in an agile environment.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development, administration, and management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Advocate of best practices with a passion for technology.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, web services, and software testing.
- Experience in delivering multi-platform projects (e.g., Mobile, Web, and backend).
